End Consumer Information Processed on Behalf of Merchants

In the course of providing 3PL and fulfillment services to our Merchants, we receive limited Personal Information about the Merchants' end customers — for example, the shipping name and address, contact information, and order details required to pick, pack, label, and ship an order.

We do not collect this information directly from end customers on our Site. We use that information only for the purpose of providing the fulfillment and shipping services the Merchant has engaged us to perform. We do not use end customer information for our own marketing, do not sell or share it, and do not retain it beyond what is necessary to deliver the Services and comply with applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

When we process end customer information on behalf of a Merchant, the Merchant is the controller of that information and we act as a processor. End customers of our Merchants should direct any privacy questions or requests to the relevant Merchant.
