Flat Fee Shipping is a business-to-business 3PL service provider. We work with brands, merchants, and other businesses ("Merchants") to provide warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping services. This Privacy Policy primarily describes how we handle information about prospective and current Merchants, their personnel, and visitors to our Site.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a Merchant, a representative of a Merchant, a website visitor, an employee or contractor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access any of the Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

• Contact and business details including your name, business name, job title, business address, email address, and phone number, including information you submit when you request a quote, fill out a contact form, or sign up for our Services

• Service and shipping profile information including information about your business, products, shipping volume, fulfillment requirements, and integration details you provide so we can configure and deliver the Services
• Billing information including billing contact, billing address, and payment method information (note that full payment card numbers are processed by our payment processors, not stored by us)
• Customer support information including the information you choose to include in communications with us, for example when sending a message, support ticket, or email to us

• Service providers who support our Site and Services, such as our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers
• Our payment processors, who collect payment information to process payments and fulfill our contract with you
• Online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and Cookies that automatically collect information when you visit our Site or interact with our Services

Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties.

• Providing the Services. We use your Personal Information to respond to quote requests and inquiries, evaluate prospective Merchants, set up and manage Merchant accounts, configure integrations, deliver fulfillment and shipping services, process payments, send service-related notifications, and otherwise perform our contract with you.
• Marketing and Advertising. We use Personal Information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, postal mail, or other channels, to better tailor our Site, and to show you advertisements for our Services across other websites and platforms.
• Analytics and Improvement. We use Personal Information to analyze how the Site and Services are used and to operate, maintain, secure, and improve them.
• Security and Fraud Prevention. We use Personal Information to detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
• Communicating with You. We use your Personal Information to provide you with customer support, respond to your inquiries, and otherwise communicate with you about the Services.

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site to power and improve our Site, to run analytics and better understand how visitors interact with the Site, and to support marketing and advertising activities. In the course of providing 3PL and fulfillment services to our Merchants, we receive limited Personal Information about the Merchants' end customers — for example, the shipping name and address, contact information, and order details required to pick, pack, label, and ship an order.

We do not collect this information directly from end customers on our Site. We use that information only for the purpose of providing the fulfillment and shipping services the Merchant has engaged us to perform. We do not use end customer information for our own marketing, do not sell or share it, and do not retain it beyond what is necessary to deliver the Services and comply with applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

When we process end customer information on behalf of a Merchant, the Merchant is the controller of that information and we act as a processor. End customers of our Merchants should direct any privacy questions or requests to the relevant Merchant.

We operate an SMS program that we use to send text messages to our employees and authorized personnel for internal business communications. This SMS program is intended for employees of Flat Fee Shipping and other authorized personnel who have opted in to receive work-related text messages from us. It is not a consumer marketing program.

Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, the date and time of your opt-in, the method used to opt in, and a record of the messages we exchange with you.

How We Use This Information

We use the information collected through our SMS program to send work-related text messages, which may include operational updates, schedule and shift information, facility or safety notifications, system or service alerts, and other internal business communications.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us using the details in the "Contact" section below.

How We Share This Information

We share information collected through the SMS program with the service providers that help us operate it, including our SMS platform provider and the mobile carriers that deliver messages to your device. We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

In certain circumstances, we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties for legitimate purposes, including:

• With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, IT, payment processing, analytics, customer support, marketing, advertising, and communications providers
• With shipping carriers and other logistics partners to the extent necessary to deliver the Services
• With analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, to operate our Site, measure performance, and deliver targeted advertising
• When you direct, request, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties
• With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or bankruptcy

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, depending on where you live you may have the right to appeal our decision or lodge your complaint with your local data protection authority.

Flat Fee Shipping is based in the United States, and our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
