About Flat Fee Shipping
We're the only 3PL that doesn't charge for receiving, storage or returns. We do not charge for all of your surprises and situations. I.E. you have back orders, your product finally comes in - we will adjust our schedule and get those orders out; no extra costs, no hassle – we know it matters and we will make it happen. Most importantly, we have real people available via slack, email, and phone to address any issues, concerns, and requests almost in real time. This is a person here at our fulfillment center that is working directly with everyone and is completely familiar with your brand and everything about it.
